Acne Vitamins

Sometimes it takes trial and error to find the best cure for acne.
My skin produces a lot of oil but it is my belief that imbalance occurs
in nutrition in the majority of people (even though as you age you will
produce less oil – it’s not a bad thing believe it or not). There are cases
whereby even if you are taking care of your skin on the outside and eating right,
your problem may still be on the inside. I will always recommend to check with your doctor
- even with vitamins. But the first and easiest thing to do is to see if you you have a
nutritional imbalance. The B vitamins affect your body in an amazing
way and deficiencies of the B’s can cause many things – blood cell
development is a major one. If you decide to go to a doctor – you
should ask to do a check on your red & white blood cells. They
should be round and not oblong in shape. Deficiency causes them to be oblong
which is abnormal.

This is my suggestions:

Step 1. Get adequate nourishment through food – there’s too much variety, most of it gets
cooked out, and everyone’s body is different. So what I suggest to do first is to take a
multi-vitamin from a good brand.

Step 2. Vital – is to get a B-complex supplement – water soluable type.
Your body has the ability to get rid of what it doesn’t need – as long as you get a good
water soluable supplement and take the recommended amount.  Make sure the supplement
has Pantothenic Acid – B vitamin – look it up.

Step 3. Get Clearpores Facial Wash. ..this is actually very good. The product contains salicyclic acid
and helps to keep acne away.

Step 4. Get a gentle astringent (you can try Sea Breeze Astringent for sensative skin),
use it after you wash and then splash water on your face to
get it off and pat dry.

Step 5. Yes…you have to moisturize if you do not already (very, very
important – you’ll get red, irritated and dry skin). Make sure the moisturizer is oil free and does not
contain mineral oils and loads of other anti-aging chemicals. At this point, your goal is to clear up the acne.
So keep things simple.

Step 6. Then do not put anything else on your face – no cover up, etc.
(This could be a problem).Do not go tanning or sit in the sun to dry
your face out…please never do this!

There is no guarantees, believe me, I’ve done a lot of trial and error
testing and hopefully, what has been a significant change for me – may
just be good for you too.

PS: I do not suggest changing anything else right now…only do one thing at a time.
You need to identify if you’re just lacking in the B Vitamins or if there are
different issues.

I really hope this tip is beneficial!
