I suffered with acne for a long time…I used to get shots in my face
- take medications, etc. Unfortunately the side effects tend to
happen, usually years later. I’m glad that I’ve switched to using more natural
ways of dealing with acne, and they are more effective for me.
Here’s an acne tip that you may want to look into. It is better to find the root of
the problem and tackle it from there.
One possiblity of acne could be due to our diet. You may want to pick up a book about
eating for your Blood Type. I believe blood types have been tested for compatibility to foods.

Inside there are Food Beverage and Supplement Lists that gives you
lists of foods that are 1. Beneficial for your blood Type, 2.Neutral and 3. Foods to avoid.
